Test Sites

When you are registering for GACE paper-based testing, refer to the following table to select a test site and date for testing. Please note that testing facilities are subject to change or cancellation. The name and address of your test site assignment will be provided on your admission ticket.

Register as early as possible to increase your chances of being assigned to your first-choice test site. Every effort will be made to assign you to your first-choice test site; however, this may not be possible, as test site assignments depend upon available space. Please note that test sites are subject to change in the event of scheduling conflicts and will be closed to registration as they become filled.

If you are serving in the U.S. military outside of Georgia and would like to register for the GACE, contact the Testing Control Officer (TCO) on your military base. The TCO will work with Evaluation Systems to provide the necessary materials for eligible personnel to register and take the appropriate GACE assessment(s). NOTE 1: The American Sign Language assessment is offered at Hillgrove High School in the Atlanta area and Brooks County High School in the Valdosta area only.

NOTE 2: All Atlanta area sites are available during the emergency registration period on a space available basis only.

Alternative Test Date Areas

If you plan to request an alternative test date for religious reasons, you must register for an area at which the alternative test date administration is available. Alternative test dates are only available in the following test areas:

• Atlanta
• Augusta
• Columbus

The specific test site location will vary from the address provided for the Saturday test administration. Your admission ticket will contain the address of your assigned test site location if you are approved for the alternative test date.
