When you are registering for the GACE, refer to the following table to select a test area and date for testing.
Register as early as possible to increase your chances of being assigned to a test site within your first-choice area.
Every effort will be made to assign you to your first-choice test area; however, this may not be possible, as test
site assignments depend upon available space. A request to be assigned to a specific testing facility within a test
area cannot be accommodated. Your specific test site will be within the areas listed but not necessarily within the
actual city limits.
Please note that test sites are subject to change in the event of scheduling conflicts.

The name and address of your test site assignment will be provided on your admission ticket.
If you are serving in the U.S. military outside of Georgia and would like to register for the GACE,
contact the Testing Control Officer (TCO) on your military base. The TCO will work with NES to
provide the necessary materials for eligible personnel to register and take the appropriate GACE
assessment(s). For more information on the Georgia Troops-to-Teachers program, please visit the

NOTE: The American Sign Language assessment is offered at the Atlanta—Metro and Valdosta
test areas only.
