Please note that the PSC’s peak times usually occur between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and after 3:00 p.m. each day, especially between May and September.

The status line can be accessed through either of these numbers or directly by calling (404) 232-2510. Callers may verify electronically that materials sent to the PSC have been received in the certification office; the certificate, level, and ending validity they hold; and that an appropriate test or assessment has been passed.
